OUR FOUNDER

Brett Kingstone is the founder and President of Max King Realty and Kingstone Family Limited Partnership (KFLP). He is also the founder and Chairman of the Board of Super Vision International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUPVA) a manufacturer of fiber optic and LED lighting. Brett started his first fiber optic company in his college dormitory at Stanford University at the age of 19. He received his first order after strapping a fiber optic letter “A” on the back of his motorcycle and racing down Highway 5 to visit the Imagineers at Disney. Super Vision was later established in Orlando, Florida where the first of many fiber optic and LED lighting landmarks worldwide were produced for Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Universal Studios and Walt Disney. Super Vision has been honored as one of the Top 500 Fastest Growing Technology Companies in the United States, Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in the State of Florida, Top 100 Companies for Working Families in Central Florida and was selected as Industry of the Year Award in Orange County.

Brett has been awarded 12 U.S. Patents and more than 27 foreign patents on fiber optic and LED lighting technology and has authored four books: The Real War Against America, START Magazine/Specialty Publishing 2005 (Introduction written by Congressman Ric Keller), The Student Entrepreneurs Guide, McGraw-Hill, 1990 (Introduction written by Milton Friedman, Nobel Prize Winner in Economics), The Dynamos, John Wiley & Sons, 1987 (Introduction Written by Arthur Lipper III author and former Publisher of Venture Magazine) and MAMITA a children’s book published on the internet.

Brett has been honored by Citibank and Ernst & Young as Orange County Florida Technology Entrepreneur of the Year, the Orlando Business Journal as one of the Top 40 Businesspeople in the Orlando Community under the age of 40 and the Central Florida Innovation Corporation with the Dr. W. Judson King Memorial Award for Entrepreneurship. His family includes his wife Maisa, daughter Victoria, son Max, cat Kenzo and dog Luis. They live and play together in Orlando, Florida

OUR VISION…


Max King Realty was originally established to serve the needs of Super Vision, which as a rapidly growing company outgrew the commercial leases as fast as the company could sign them. Successive purchases of buildings were followed by ultimate custom construction of a new 80,000 square foot facility in the Orlando Central Park. Customers and suppliers of the company ultimately chose to move into buildings that Super Vision grew out of and soon word spread of Max King Realty/KFLP’s dedication to serving manufacturing, warehouse and office tenants with a personalized, dedicated service not found among any of the major REIT or office/warehouse development companies. Currently Max King Realty/KFLP has more than 300,000 square feet of industrial warehouse and manufacturing space under owner/management and more than 86,000 square feet of office condominiums under renovation or construction.


The trademark “Heaven” brand was developed to provide office tenants with a level of quality and service that would justify pride of ownership in their office condo that would meet or exceed the pride of purchase of their own home. The Heaven office condos utilize a tremendous amount of the high tech wizardry and lighting design that has been developed and installed by Super Vision for its major clients worldwide for the past two decades. The properties include Super Vision’s SaVi line of LED lighting and Super Visions Oasis line of water falls. In addition, industry partners including Smart City, Sequiam and BBB&T have teamed up with Heaven to provide the state of the art in VOIP and wireless networking, keyless fingerprint entry systems and advanced financing tools and loan programs to meet the needs of all potential condo buyers.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY:


Max King Realty/KFLP takes pride in its community contributions which include a contribution to the "Castle of Miracles" for Give Kids the World, an organization that sponsors terminally ill children and their families. Max King Realty/KFLP is also a supporter of the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Golden Rule Foundation, FBI Recreation Association, Sheppard’s Hope Foundation, Special Olympics, Boy Scouts of America and the Orange County Public Schools. Max King Realty/KFLP has contributed more than $250,000 worth of air conditioning equipment to assure the replacement of faulty air conditioning systems in three facilities in the Orange County Public School system.

Max King Realty/KFLP has also recently donated the world’s largest globe to Give Kids the World to celebrate their 20th year anniversary. The 37 foot diameter globe is highlighted with hundreds of fiber optic point of light symbolizing the thousands of children who have visited Give Kids the World from hundreds of cities around the world.
